Christine obtained her PhD in Immunology from the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute. She conducted postdoctoral work in the laboratories of Drs. Bryan Williams and Ganes Sen at Cleveland Clinic studying antiviral responses to viral infection before returning to Australia to work with Dr Dan Gough on the role of STAT3 in paediatric brain tumours. In 2017 she began working with A/Prof. Elizabeth Algar on the AIM BRAIN project before moving to VCGS to implement methylation array profiling in a diagnostic context.
