Prof Geraldine O’Neill

Geraldine O’Neill is Head of the Children’s Cancer Research Unit at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Conjoint Professor of Cell Biology with the University of Sydney. Her research bridges cancer cell biology, tissue engineering and biophysics to yield comprehensive understanding of the extracellular contributions to cancer development and response to therapy. A central focus of Geraldine’s research has revolved around developing enhanced preclinical models informed by these insights.
