Dr Venkat Addala

Dr. Venkat Addala obtained a PhD from The University of Queensland and is currently working as a Research Officer in the Medical Genomics group at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. He is a bioinformatician, and his research focuses on cancer immunogenomics and immunotherapy response prediction. He has an interest in the multi-omic profiling of cancer patients to gain insights into tumor neoantigens and the microenvironment. His work has been published in high-impact journals, including Nature Reviews Clinical Oncology, Nature Communications, Genome Medicine, and Cancer Cell.
